About the name...When I graduated this June in Denmark and came home to Hungary I knew I should probably think about a brand for myself. I thought well my own name didn't sound bad, but still, it might not be that catchy in Fashion Industry to stick in people's minds, so I waited for a rotund name and a story, and It actually came to me pretty quickly.
The short version of my name (my nickname) both in Hungarian and Serbian language is Zuzu, which is pronounced exactly the way Jou Jou is pronounced in French.
The other part is the meaning. Jou Jou means toy or plaything in English.
My father often tells me: "Think of life as a playground and not as a battlefield!"
...and I do try to live my life every day accordingly, as it was a playground.
So I thought: "What could be better than a name that carries my name and a life philosophy at the same time?"
Therefore I named my first own collection 'Playground' and the overall picture of the collection was built on this theme as well. The clothes, the place and the 'supplies' for the photography, and the make-up for what I got inspired from the French aristocracy as for instance Marie Antoinette’s strong make-up and pale eyebrows.

I combined this make-up inspiration with the playground theme, and it turned out like this :
I hope you like the collection, and I forgot to mention, but you probably discovered without mentioning a tribal and in traces a Japanese inspiration as well...
